1月12日，中國科學(xué)院國家授時中心青促會小組舉辦“時間講壇Time Talks”，邀請德國聯(lián)邦物理技術(shù)研究院（PTB）Andreas Bauch作了題為《 Accurate time, traceable to UTC via GNSS observations》的線上學(xué)術(shù)報告。報告會由國家授時中心青促會會員、西安分會委員欽偉瑾主持，國家授時中心副主任盧曉春，高精度時間傳遞與精密測定軌研究室主任楊旭海以及60余名所內(nèi)外科研工作者參加了此報告會。 首先，盧曉春在致辭中對Andreas Bauch來到時間講壇表示熱烈的歡迎，并就PTB和國家授時中心（NTSC）從事的主要工作做了詳細(xì)的介紹，同時希望NTSC和PTB、Andreas Bauch繼續(xù)保持長期友好的合作關(guān)系，進(jìn)一步推動UTC（NTSC）在參與國際時間頻率比對中的重要作用。 Andreas Bauch介紹了PTB在時間頻率領(lǐng)域的研究情況，時間頻率計量方面的國家合作，利用全球衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)國際時間比對，利用全球衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行時間傳遞以及全球衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)測量的可溯性等。與會人員就時間頻率的比對傳遞應(yīng)用等技術(shù)問題與Andreas Bauch展開了深入的交流，最后楊旭海對整個報告做了總結(jié)，并就建設(shè)在PTB的iGMAS站目前存在的問題進(jìn)行了深入的討論。 Andreas Bauch became Head of the PTB Time Dissemination Group in 2004. The Group operates a variety of time transfer equipment and realizes the reference time scale UTC (PTB). Involved in Galileo related work since 2001, he devoted much of his time in various projects, from conceptual studies to the Galileo Time and Geodetic Validation Facility and the Galileo Reference Center. PTB is the pivot of international time comparison.
